After some searching, I found this: Type EXTRAGIFT (all caps) in the att coupon code box so try that.

I am also trying to get a simple coupon for an on-demand movie. I’d do it more often if it were easy. I’ve tried at least 3 times to do this only to give up. You would think it would be an easy find. NOT !

As a former customer, you guys need to be aware that AT&T raises prices while on a promotional rate, it’s not locked – which is why they give out promotional gift cards. They raised rates 3 times in a year. You’re better off getting a locked-in rate.
Well, I like uverse, but once the promotion is over and the year is up, your bill will be around $257 every month. I have the bundle and I’m about to get that cut down some because that’s too much.
I was locked in on Turbo (24MB Package) internet only for a year at 53 dollars per month. Long term savings seemed like the smartest thing to do at the time. I’ve since been charged 63 dollars all but two of the months and 73 dollars on two different occasions. Next month is my last bill (the second of the 73 dollar charges) and I’m LIVID. I’ve talked to the Uverse people a multitude of times over the past year I’ve had the service about the promised rate and only once have they fixed the issue (temporarily for that month). I’ve been promised so many times that the issue would be resolved that I’ve actually been poked in the eye with a 10 mile long nose.
I never received $200 dollar gift card, and the bill is outrageous for Uverse & internet.

BE VIGILANT with this company. They provide pretty good service, I will not deny them that. Their billing is a different story, all kinds of charges that are not supposed to be there, are there. Make sure you look over your bill monthly and every nook and cranny of it. Also, when you call disputing something, be adamant, ask for a supervisor from the UNITED STATES, and don’t be afraid to let them know that there are many competitors that will be happy to get your business.
They offer coupons and savings for new customers but, I see very little or nothing for their current customers.
If you call AT&T you can find out the best deals. My sister called and was able to save 70.00 more than she would have with a coupon she got in the mail.
I know plenty of people that have AT&T Uverse service as well as just At&T. They are so unhappy with AT&T. I have had to deal with them concerning my parents service, they are quite elderly and AT&T has treated them so bad over the years. They have sinced moved into a senior apartment facility in Texas, options there are AT&T or Time Warner. I don’t believe either one is any better than the other. My folks have been AT&T customers all their life, I don’t know why they continue to be treated this way. I wouldn’t care if they gave me a year of free service, I still wouldn’t want them to service me. Good luck with any of you folks who are interested in their service. I have Windstream and they are one of the best companies I have ever dealt with plus their rates are very very reasonable. Thank goodness AT&T doesn’t have a hold on my area where I live, I am thrilled to not have them. Thanks
